We will deliver the products to the address you specify when placing your order. Delivery times are estimates only and delays can occasionally occur. We will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver within the estimated timeframes.

6.2 Installation

Where our services include installation, we will agree upon installation dates with you. You must ensure that the premises are suitable for installation and that all necessary permissions and consents have been obtained.

7. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

7.1 Warranties

We warrant that our products will be free from material defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of installation or delivery. This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Wilful damage, abnormal storage or working conditions, accident, negligence by you or by any third party

  • Failure to operate or use the products in accordance with user instructions

  • Any alteration or repair by you or by a third party who is not one of our authorised repairers

7.2 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Breach of the terms implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979

  • Defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987

  • Any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law

Subject to the above, we will not be liable for:

  • Any loss or damage that was not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was formed

  • Any loss or damage that was caused by any event beyond our reasonable control

  • Any business losses, including loss of profits, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity

Our total liability to you in respect of all losses arising under or in connection with the contract shall not exceed the price of the products or services.

8. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

8.1 Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your contract with us within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day of delivery of goods or conclusion of the service contract.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model cancellation form available on our Website, but it is not obligatory.

8.2 Returns

To return a product, you must:

  • Contact us to obtain a return authorisation

  • Return the product in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation

  • Pay for the return shipping unless the product is defective or was delivered to you in error

We will refund you within 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods, using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

10. FORCE MAJEURE
